Refund policy

DUE TO THE TIME, RESOURCES AND SKILLS REQUIRED TO MAKE THE ITEM/S, IN THE EVENT OF A NON-COMPLETED SALE, THE CLIENT AGREES THAT A 20% NON-REFUNDABLE PAID DEPOSIT OF THE TOTAL COST WILL BE USED IN ITS ENTIRETY BY THE SELLER TO RECOVER THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE MAKING OF THE CLIENT'S ORDERED ITEM/S. BANK CHARGES WILL BE SHOULDERED BY THE CLIENT.
